We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who is passionate about creating meaningful growth for brands. In this role, you will work closely with our creative, content, and performance teams to craft data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You will conduct market research, develop campaign frameworks, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to help our clients scale sustainably.

Responsibilities

Create and implement strategic marketing plans that align with project goals and client objectives. Identify market opportunities, propose new creative directions, and collaborate with designers and content teams to bring campaigns to life. Monitor campaign performance, prepare insights-driven reports, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment, clarity, and measurable outcome delivery.

Requirements
  • Ability to strategize and plan marketing campaigns that connect brand goals with measurable performance outcomes.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including brand positioning, campaign execution, content strategy, conversion funnels, and customer psychology.
  • Strong command in English communication (writing, speaking, client presentation) with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, media buyers, and project managers to deliver consistent brand.
  • A creative and experimental mindset with the confidence to pitch new ideas, test formats, optimize performance, and adapt to trends.
  • Skilled in time management, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring every campaign element aligns with brand personality, message clarity, and user experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift and quick decision-making matters.
